Library

We went to the library downtown Saturday to get some books for this week. Our children love the library and they love to read. Even little Eden at eight months old loves to look at books. It really is never too early to start reading to your children.

Our desire is to teach our children to read early so they can read God's word, which is the most important thing we can teach them to do.

I am teaching two to read  this year, which is my favorite part of homeschooling. I love the one on one time that it requires. I let Treasure pick her own books to bring home.

Farah Elisabeth and Josiah had a blast playing with the stuffed animals and the blocks.

Hopefully we can return our books and movies on time next week:-) It's pretty bad when you have to budget late fees to the library into your monthly bills! Go read to your kids today. It is so worth it:-)

  2. Cheers to you for the undertaking of a library trip.
Your kids will have great memories and I'm sure they love it.
I do know it is a big deal when you have everyone along. Just keeping track of where everyone is and answering all the questions, and helping to locate the right books, it is just a bit demanding. :-)
You go girl! and don't sweat those late fees, there are things that cost so much more.
